Introduction 
Employment in a market economy is closely linked to the coordination of supply and demand 
for labor in the national labor market and the development of modern and effective mechanisms for the 
employment of surplus labor resources.

Sh.M.Mirziyoev has adopted a number of Resolutions and Decrees aimed at improving the living 
standards of the population in the regions, including rural areas, poverty reduction, unemployment 
prevention, private entrepreneurship, home-based work, services and services.
In particular, the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan dated July 14, 
2018 No PP-3856 "On measures to improve and increase the efficiency of employment" noted a number 
of problems in increasing employment in rural areas: 
There is still a high level of tension, the creation of permanent jobs, employment of young 
people, women, members of low-income families, especially in rural areas, as well as the regulation of 
external labor migration does not speak.
Production personnel often do not take into account the current and future needs of sectors of 
the economy, their capabilities and resources being trained and retrained for the profession.
As a result, there is a shortage of qualified personnel in some specialties in the labor market. 
In this sense, the theoretical and methodological study of appropriate and effective methods used to 
determine the forecast indicators of labor supply and demand in the rural labor market, which is a 
separate segment of the labor market, is a topical issue.
A study of the approaches of local and foreign scientists in determining the future parameters 
of the rural labor market, grouping the methods used in forecasting, the development of stages of 
correlation-regression analysis and their implementation are defined as research tasks.
