у 53 бе-
ременных, больных сифилисом (у 24 выявлен, у 
29 – ранний скрытый сифилис), в возрасте от 19 
до 38 лет, кроме серологических исследований 
крови, произведены бактериологические и бакте-
риоскопические исследования из вагины.

выражена, чем у больных со скрытым ранним

лококками выявлены у 25, кандидами – у 23, три-
хомонадами – у 8, уреаплазмами – у 15, гонокок-
ками – у 8, хламидиями – у 4 обследованных.
сочетание сифилиса с одной уГи отмечено в 
28,3 %, с двумями –в 39,6 %, с тремя – в 22,6 %, 
по четыре уГи выявлены у 3,8 %, по 5 уГи – у 
5,7 % беременных.
вывод.
беременных, больных сифилисом, 
необходимо тщательно обследовать на предмет 
обнаружения уГи. при этом сначала необходимо 
пролечивать уГи для предупреждения осложне-
ний, чтобы улучшить репродуктивное здоровье 
женщин.

. In uzbekistan, trichophytia dominates 
the structure of mycoses of the scalp and smooth 
skin and is an urgent medical and social problem. 
There is an uneven ratio of morbidity rates in 
different regions of the republic, which depends on 
the regional conditions of the natural environment, 
the climate of the arid zone, and is also aggravated 
by the influence of environmental factors of a man-
made nature. In uzbekistan, trichophytia is more 
common, caused by zoophilic fungi, the role of 
which increases during periods of epidemiological 
outbreaks of mycoses. Zoophilic trichophytia, caused 
by pathogenic fungi of the genus Trichophyton, 
is one of the mycotic diseases of the skin and 
appendages, common mainly in rural areas and 
affecting both children and adults. In the etiological 
structure of zooanthroponous trichophytia, there 
are two pathogens-Trichophyton verrucosum, 
Trichophyton mentagrofites, var.gypseum, having 
different natural reservoirs, which determines the 
features of the epidemiology of trichophytia. When 
infected with T. verrucosum, the source of infection is 
most often cattle, when infected with T. verrucosum. 
mentagrophytes – mouse-like rodents. Seasonality 
is expressed, but there are differences related to the 
peculiarities of agricultural activities.
