and new duties. Even if you 
don’t expect a promotion 
in the foreseeable future, that 
doesn’t mean you should 
slack off at work. Remember 
that every minute of your 
current work is a contribution 
Don’t hesitate
to suggest new ideas. 
Development is all about 
experimentation. Feel free 
to share ideas that can 
benefit both you and your 
company.
