Introduction. 
Reforming the agriculture and food security issues, no doubt one of the 
most important tasks of the agro-industrial complex and the driving force behind the locomotive, 
which pays great attention to the development of diversified farms [1], as well as the support of 
farming and agricultural sector Along with support, research is underway to gradually transfer 
cotton and grain production to cluster form.
 
It is known that currently research work is being carried out in the world to improve the 
use of sprays for the protection of agricultural plants from diseases and pests, defoliation and 
desiccation processes [2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10], their created different models. 
In the artificial shedding of cotton leaves, the development of resource-saving technologies 
and new scientific and technical solutions for the formation of highly dispersed droplets of 
spraying equipment that implement them is of great importance. In this regard, the development 
of a design scheme of the dispersing device for the formation of high-dispersion droplets for 
ventilated sprayers, including small-scale, and substantiation of its technological operation; 
determination of the optimal parameters and operating mode of the device for the formation of 
highly dispersed droplets; One of the urgent and important tasks is to prepare an experimental 
version of a dispersing device that forms high-dispersion droplets with reasonable parameters 
and to carry out targeted scientific research on its implementation by conducting field tests. 
Problem statement. 
In world practice, various sprayers and spraying methods have been 
developed to increase the efficiency of the processes of disintegration of working fluids using 
sprays used in the chemical treatment of agricultural crops.
 
However, in the study of the development of chemical processing technologies and 
equipment in the country, the development of a device for the formation of high-dispersion 
droplets in the pre-defoliation of cotton, reduction of working fluid consumption and high 
efficiency through the formation of high-dispersion droplets at low energy consumption. the 
issues of substantiation of parameters that ensure quality and technical efficiency have not yet 
been sufficiently studied.
