The scientific novelty of the research
work are:
the parameters and indicators of intellectual and cultural development were 
revealed on the part of the methodological support concentrating in the teaching of 
the Latin language, the evaluation criteria were determined, the systematization of 
functional factors was improved; 
didactic system for designing linguocultural materials was developed on the 
basis of the assimilation of the lexical, terminological and aphoristic levels of the 
Latin language; 
the contextual-conceptual technology of intellectual and cultural development 
of students is revealed in teaching Latin language on the basis of logical, abstract 
and creative thinking and pragmatic components; 
the system of teaching archaisms, neologisms and latinisms on the basis of the 
linguistic and cultural paradigm on hermeneutic and vitogenic technologies of 
cognitive linguistics was improved. 
Implementation of the research results:
The results of the scientific 
research work basis obtained to improve the didactic foundations of the intellectual 
and cultural development of students in the study of the Latin language: 
subjective-objective (according to the general intellect) and subjective-
subjective (according to social intelligence) system of teaching the Latin language 
on the basis of revealing logical, abstract, creative thinking and pragmatic 
components of intellectual and cultural development of students is introduced into 
the content of the textbook «Latin language and the basics of medical 
pharmaceutical terminology» (Certificate No. 26-119 of the Ministry of Higher and 
Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 22, 2016); 
scientific results on the concept system aimed at intellectual and cultural 
development of students on the basis of ensuring the interrelation between theory 
and practice and on linguistic and pedagogical criteria for the development of 
students' competence in the analysis of linguistic and speech forms, a conscious 
attitude to the future profession, increasing the sense of responsibility, competence 
in analyzing words and forms speech through the successful assimilation of the 
civilization of the ancient period, in-depth study of moral, aesthetic and national 
values were effectively used in the fundamental project on «ОТ-Ф1-36. 
Improvement of mechanisms for diagnosing the spirituality of students» 
(Certificate of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of 
December 11, 2017, No. 89-03-3231); 
effective technologies for teaching the Latin language on the basis of 
modeling the didactic system of intellectual and cultural development of students

are introduced in a practical project on the topic «IW-4-122. Development of 
educational technology for the formation of a highly spiritual personality» 
(Certificate of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education of 
December 11, 2017, Reference No. 89-03-3231); 
materials and research results in teaching Latin to students were included in 
the «Latin-Russian-English-Uzbek Dictionary of Medical Terms» (Tashkent, 
2017).
