It is known that the mechanism of encouraging news innovators has always 
been supported at this or that level. In particular, today it is of vital importance that this 
study work be considered and resolved as one of the central issues of the financing 
system.
Scientific research carried out in agriculture in most countries is carried out 
mainly by state-owned research institutions. However, the study of the performance of 
this system shows that this organizational structure mexanizm does not provide a good 
result in carrying out research in the short term, completing it and increasing the 
effectiveness of the research being carried out.
Great attention should be paid to the problems of financing research in the 
agricultural sector from various sources, ie to improving the system. It is important to 
create a separate new system of management, which is convenient for the management 
of the agricultural sector, the establishment of corporations with a stakeholder 
stakeholder. A state corporation for agricultural research has been established. The 
development of such corporations will not only provide an opportunity to accurately 
assess the current situation, but also increase competition in funding research by taking 
into account the needs of farmers and ensuring the speed of knowledge dissemination 
on demand and the establishment of various funds.
One of the main tasks of the Agricultural Production and Food Supply Research 
and Production Center, which is part of the Ministry of Agriculture, is to attract 
scientists and specialists who can work in the increasingly globalized market, and to 
increase the number of existing researchers. the term is to ensure that effective research 
is conducted.
The main disadvantage of the current system of coordination of research is the 
lack of a mechanism for coordinating research results as a commodity. As a result, the 
ability to plan, monitor, and evaluate research results is limited. This, in turn, leads to 
a decrease in the efficiency of funds allocated for research.
