It should be noted that as a result of the inability to find a comfortable job at any 
enterprise, office or organization, most of our compatriots do not have a permanent salary, but 
are engaged in various seasonal jobs or earn money by farming. But to date, their activities have 
not been recorded anywhere. In this regard, there is a problem that in order to receive a pension 
upon reaching retirement age, work experience is not required. 
Human labor, whether in production or in the service sector, is so multifaceted and 
complex that it cannot be assessed by any indicator or direction. This can be assessed in several 
ways. In this regard, the young scientist O.M. Pardaev considers it appropriate to consider the 
service sector in the following nine areas:

in terms of labor force; 
▪
in terms of creating tangible and intangible benefits; 
▪
by the nature of work; 
▪
from the point of view of the state; 
▪
from the point of view of society; 
▪
in terms of GDP creation; 
▪
in terms of reproduction; 
▪
from the point of view of the owner; 
▪
from the point of view of the working group. 
These areas are inextricably linked. Because there is interest behind it all. Interest, in 
turn, encourages hard work. Labor, on the other hand, is a key determinant of the number of 
results. In particular, if we evaluate the labor expended on services from the point of view of 
labor power, then all labor consists of labor and time spent, for which labor power must be paid, 
that is, to a certain extent be useful. 
The material goods created as a result of the labor of the owner of the labor force serve to 
satisfy the material needs of the people, and the services provided to them mainly serve to 
elevate the spiritual world of the people. From this point of view, the structural structure of 
production is important, it represents different industries, divisions, types of products created and 
services provided. First of all, production should be divided into material production and non-
material production (Fig. 1). 
In turn, the sphere of material production consists of the production of material goods (for 
example, cars, food, clothing, etc.) and the provision of material services (transport, 
communications, trade, household services, etc.). 
The sphere of intangible production is also subdivided into the production of intangible 
goods (for example, musical works, works of art and science, inventions and discoveries) and the 
provision of intangible services (legal advice, training, education, etc.). These directions develop 
interconnectedly and interact with each other.
