Currently, the production of finished products from a mixture of local natural
and
artificial fibers, the development of new, scientifically
grounded technologies
aimed at increasing production efficiency is one of the main factors for improving the
economic situation in the country [1-4].
Based on the results of preliminary experimental studies to study the properties
of composite materials, a new technology has been developed
for manufacturing a
working body (pillow) of pressing equipment for wet-heat treatment of parts of
garments.
The improvement of the technological scheme was
made on the basis of the
study of the molding mechanism on the surface of flat and volumetric sections of the
lapel and their fixation. The bending line on the collar lapel was molded using a press
using a developed cushion made of composite material [5-6] (Fig.).

The peculiarity of the properties of the developed method is as follows: during
wet-heat treatment on
the proposed equipment cushion, product 3 is placed on the
lower cushion 1 using vacuum drawing and the upper cushion 3 is released onto the
lower cushion, then the forming part of the part is pressed by the working bodies 1 and
2 using pressure pair 4 for 5 sec. at a temperature of 1200C, forms a shape and through
the bottom pillow 1 for 2 sec. moves with the help of a condensate
vacuum suction,
here the form is stored. The upper cushion 2 rises and part 2 is dried using a vacuum
suction on the lower cushion 1 for 2 seconds, then the article 3 is removed from the
working body 1 of the equipment[7,8].
The approbation was carried out in production conditions of LLC "OFS", "Burda
luks tekstil" and "Nilufar-95" on the press equipment IPN-SCV-21-17A designed for
ironing the lapels of a jacket. Using
multifactorial studies, the effect of drying time,
evaporation temperature of clothing parts on mechanical
pressure during wet heat
treatment was studied[9-10].
When conducting research to ensure the dimensional stability of clothing parts,
various cushioning materials were used that are currently used at the enterprises of the
clothing industry and the most rational option for forming a package of clothing was
chosen.
The main objectives of improving the WHT are to reduce the time spent and
improve the quality of transactions. WHT operations are the most labor-intensive and
hardly amenable to objective control.
With the use of the working body of the ironing press made of a new composite
material, to achieve an improvement in the quality of shaping of clothing parts and an
increase in labor productivity.
