The use of ICT tools help to move universal learning activities from chaotic form
to goal-oriented and planned. Of course, ICT in assessing the formation of universal
learning activities can (and should) be widely used. Teachers and students share their
activities and it is very important for shaping them in an information-educational
environment that a plans and records result.
ICT literacy should be highlighted as the ability to solve learning problems using
ICT tools and information resources within the age-appropriate needs and capabilities
of primary school students. A young student's general ICT knowledge is part of it. In
most cases, primary school students acquire elements of general ICT knowledge to the
extent that they can use them in their daily lives and professional activities as adults.

ICT is an important tool for shaping communicative learning activities. To do
this, use the following:
• create hypermedia messages;
• Performance with audio demonstration products;
• recording the progress of collective / individual communication (audio-video
and text writing);
• digital communication (email, chat, video conferencing, forum, blog).
The formation of students' skills in the proper use of ICT takes place within the
framework of a systematic approach, in the study of all subjects of the curriculum, and
the result is an integrative outcome of teaching students. In summary, this is reflected
in the program and the planned outcomes of the basic general education program.
Develop ICT knowledge in harmony with universal disciplines the inclusion of
each subject in the curriculum to the educational institution and the teacher to prevent
duplication in the acquisition of different skills, taking into account different integrate
and synchronize course content allows. Working with information and using ICT tools
can be included in optional courses, clubs, and extracurricular activities for students.
The main factors in the formation of ICT literacy and their content are as follows.

Graphic information. Learn how to draw on a graphics tablet (copy from a ready-
made picture, create personal photos). Creating a family tree.
Edit text. Make changes to the text: Delete, replace, replace, and edit text using
