Dear ladies and gentlemen,
On behalf of Iteca Exhibitions, the International Exhibition Company, and its partners, we would 
like to welcome all participants and guests of the 4th UzTextile Expo 2022 International Exhibition!
The textile industry of Uzbekistan has experienced a significant rise in recent years, integration 
of agriculture and processing of domestic raw materials is taking place through development 
of clusters, new plants and factories are being built, and 100% of domestic raw cotton fiber is 
processed now in the country. 
Every year more and more international companies and brands prefer products under the brand 
MADE IN UZBEKISTAN, placing orders for garments and importing raw materials and fabrics 
from Uzbekistan. Uzbek companies are actively increasing their exports. Thus, in 2021, 1,250 
companies were engaged in export activities, their export revenue amounted more than USD3 
billion. The country has begun to actively increase exports to the EU countries having received a 
beneficiary status of the GSP + preference program in 2021, as well as other benefits for export of 
textile products to the UK and other European markets. The Cotton Campaign has recently lifted 
a “boycott” on Uzbek cotton products and the country’s textile workers in anticipation of further 
positive changes.
UzTextile Expo international exhibition takes the important position in the development and 
demonstration of the achievements made by the domestic textile, clothing and knitwear industry. 
The composition of its participants and visitors is growing every year. This year, the exposition has 
been doubled as compared to last year and will be presenting products and services from over 120 
companies from 10 countries: The Republic of Belarus, Germany, India, Iran, Kazakhstan, China, 
Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkey and Uzbekistan. The participants will demonstrate their products and 
services in such sections as yarn, fabrics, knitted fabrics, home textiles, clothing, etc. 
Once again the National Stand of Turkey will be arranged at the exhibition. For the first time the 
leading companies of the Republic of Belarus take part with their National Stand.
We would like to sincerely thank the Ministry of Investment and Foreign Trade of the Republic of 
Uzbekistan, Uzbekistan Textile and Garment Industry Association, Chamber of Commerce and 
Industry of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as the diplomatic missions of foreign countries for 
their support in organizing the UzTextile Expo Spring 2022.
We wish all participants and guests of the event productive negotiations, numerous contracts and 
mutually beneficial cooperation.
