In conclusion, an alternative or necessary solution for the region is the 
improvement of land and water use efficiency in the agricultural sector. The 
efficiency improvement can be achieved by adopting innovative technologies, 
which can further enhance agricultural productivity. There is a necessity for

improvement farmer’s knowledge for sustainable practices, efficient management 
and adequate yield [8]. Furthermore, intensive interaction between stakeholders
liberalization of wheat production, and implementation of climate change 
adaptation and mitigation policies are a key to future development. Further, the 
improved resource use can induce conditions for food nutrition security
environment and socio-economic development in the area.
