27. If a person presenting a document to the Court for filing by email,
delivery, post or fax believes that it contains information to which access
should be restricted, and the person presenting the document for filing
is applying or intends to apply for an order restricting access to the
information pursuant to O 67B r 5, then the coversheet must include this
statement:

information which is the
subject of an application for an order under the
Rules of the Supreme
Court 1971
