Cedric Hardwicke – British stage actor who made a great
many films for Hollywood, appeared in the 1945 BBC Home
Service production of The Adventure of the Speckled Band, adapted
by John Dickson Carr. He was the father of Edward
Hardwicke, who later played Watson in the Granada TV series
opposite Jeremy Brett.
Gerald Harper – Prolific English character actor who took
over from Keith Michell in the UK production of The Crucifer
of Blood at the Theatre Royal, Haymarket, from 10 September
1979.
Denys Hawthorne – Starred in The  Man Who Was  Sherlock
