Desympathization in early postnatal ontogenesis weakens the strength of
fixation of intestinal enzymes, in particular amylase, on enterocyte membranes in the
adult state; there is a shortening of the time of participation of the enzyme in the parietal
hydrolysis of nutrients.
Apparently, both divisions of the autonomic nervous system are almost equally
important for the normal development of the functions of the small intestine in
ontogeny. Violation of the coordinated work of the sympathetic and parasympathetic
nervous system at an early age negatively affects the functioning of the small intestine
and adults. Thus, in this study, the strength of amylase fixation on the surface of
enterocyte membranes of the duodenum after chemical desympatization in adult
laboratory rats was studied.
Conclusion
. The results of the research show that both parts of the autonomic
nervous system are equally important in the normal development of small bowel
function in early ontogeny. Hence, in conclusion, it can be said that in the early stages
of early ontogeny, the dysfunction of the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous
systems interacts negatively with the small bowel function of adult animals. The
experimental data obtained expand the understanding of the mechanisms by which
guanethidine sulfate adversely affects small bowel activity in humans and animals.
