Smart Contract Representing a Legal Contract (or Smart Legal Contracts)
[Rz 55] In the hypothesis where a smart contract imitates the behaviour of a legal contract that
was foreseen as falling under the scope of regulation, it should be renamed a «smart legal con-
tract». We will talk about it in a section beneath. For now, we note that data may reproduce the
