Analyse von Smart Contracts geboten. Hierfür untersucht der Autor zuerst
die Bedeutung von Smart Contracts vor dem Gesetz und unterscheidet an-
schliessend die verschiedenen Typen von Smart Contracts. Schliesslich werden
ausgesuchte Problemfälle von rechtlichen Smart Contracts aufgezeigt. (ah)
