Clicking on the button to select/remove the XML files

1. File explorer is opened on pressing the button to select the files 
2. File explorer allows to navigate to the location where XML file(s) 
is(are) stored 
3. Single/multiple IPSO file(s) are selected as per the user's choice 
4. The selected IPSO files should be displayed on UI 
5. A file is removed when the option to remove the file is clicked on
