The reason for choosing Arduino Mega is that, it has three serial terminals (UARTs). 
Multiple UART terminals are needed, one to print the results to local serial terminal and the 
other to send AT commands to BC66 module.
Implementation 
The connection schematic is shown in Figure 3.1.1.2

I used a pre-commercial NB-IoT network of telecom provider in Hungary for this 
implementation. The standard sequence of operations to initialize the modem and transmit the 
data is: 
1.
Poll the modem with “AT” command string to get “OK” response 
2.
Set-up the public data network context 
3.
Set-up the personal remote IP and port where the data will be sent (A REST 
API has been used for this) 
4.
Disable the sleep mode of the modem (optional) 
5.
Send the data

For the implementation, UDPs are sent over NB-IoT to a remote IP and remote port.
