ownership. Also, the leadership of our country is making great changes in the activities of ministries and other state
bodies authorized to implement public administration and policy in the sectors of the economy. In particular, based on a
thorough analysis of the actual situation and development perspectives in the areas of agriculture, food security and
water consumption, they have to work effectively on their strategic planning policy, to radically improve the
management system in these areas, as well as five developmental goals of the Republic of Uzbekistan for 2017-2021 in
accordance with the priorities of the Action Strategy and the Concept of Administrative Reforms in the Republic of
Uzbekistan. According to the Decree of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On organizational measures for
cardinal improvement of the public administration system of the Rural and Water Management" of February 12, 2018,
the Ministry of Agriculture has established a great structural change in the agricultural management system of our

of the Association:
- The creation of spontaneous spatial distillation plants for the growth of livestock and medicinal plants, including
step-by-step increments of crop production by introducing intensive technologies and rational use of natural vegetation;
- Participation in the development of drafts of normative-legal acts on the development of industry and production
of seeds and other medicinal plants, as well as the implementation of public environmental control;
The active attraction of foreign investments, foreign specialists and consultants in the process of organization and
development of new capacities for the cultivation and processing of livestock and other medicinal plants, the
introduction of advanced technologies in this area.
The Decision also entails the Association to participate and support the following tasks. Including Formation of
complex development programs for the production and processing of seedlings and other medicinal plants and
coordination of their implementation, assisting in implementing a common science, technology, investment and export
policy;
- assistance in the effective organization of plantations, as well as the interaction of entrepreneurship entities with
public administration bodies of all levels, with local authorities at all levels within the framework of deep processing of
antimony and other medicinal plants on industrial basis and production of export-oriented products with high added
value;
- Participation in the coordination of the implementation of investment projects in the field of production and
processing of livestock and other medicinal plants;
- is defined as participation in the effective organization and coordination of training and retraining of specialists
in the sphere of higher and secondary special, professional education, as well as their professional development abroad.
Also, according to this decision, the limited number of members of the Association has been reduced by three
units to 13 people. In our opinion, the capabilities of the executive body and the performers that are directly assigned to
the association and the decision to fulfil their functions of involvement and assistance are strictly limited. This is
evidenced by the rapid growth of the number of market-makers and production figures in the Republic of
Karakalpakstan, which is the largest in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, and rural districts. In this regard, it is desirable
to set up an organization of district districts in the relatively strongly developed areas of the association, where it is
possible to breed cattle and other medicinal plants. This is because, in recent years, the sown areas and production
growth rates in Karakalpakstan for the production of wildflowers and other medicinal herbs require a more precise
definition and further expansion of the association's activities and competencies. Generally, agro-production branches
and their cooperative relationships are developing in the development of mutually-organizational, economic and legal
relations between them. This experience is widely used in the development of the agro-industrial complex of the
country. The Government of Uzbekistan has produced great efforts to improve cooperative processes in the agrarian
sphere with modern requirements and rational use of the experience of developed countries of the world. In the
Republic of Karakalpakstan, in the Republic of Karakalpakstan, as an alternative to the Association for the
Development and Reproduction of Diseases and Other Medicinal Plants, the Cooperatives "Production and Processing
of Frostbite and Other Medicinal Plants" were established in the districts of the Republic of Karakalpakstan it is
