As on September 13, 2004, the day after our Board approved this Issue, the market price of our Equity Shares on the
BSE was Rs. 179 and the NSE was 177.60.
Mechanism for Redressal of Investor Grievances
Investor grievance will be settled expeditiously and satisfactorily by us. The agreement between the Registrar to the Issue
and us, will provide for retention of records with the Registrar to the Issue for a period as specified under the SEBI
(Registrars to an Issue and Share Transfer Agents) Regulations, 1993 from the last date of dispatch of letters of allotment,
demat credit, refund orders to enable the investors to approach the Registrar to the Issue for redressed of their grievances.
All grievances relating to the Issue may be addressed to the Registrar to the Issue, Karvy Computershare Private Limited
giving full details such as name, address of the applicant, application number, number of shares applied for, amount paid
on application, Depository Participant, and the respective Syndicate Member or collection centre where the application
was submitted.
Disposal of Investor Grievances
We estimate that the average time required by us or the Registrar to the Issue to address routine investor grievances
shall be seven days from the date of receipt of the complaint. In case of non-routine complaints and complaints where
external agencies are involved, we will seek to redress these complaints as expeditiously as possible.
The details of the investor grievances are as follows:
