Fees Payable to the BRLMs, Brokerage and Underwriting Commission
The total fees payable to the BRLMs including brokerage and underwriting commission for the Issue will be as per the
memorandum of understanding executed between the Bank and the BRLMs dated October 5, 2005, a copy of which is
available for inspection at our Head Office.
Fees Payable to the Registrar to the Issue
The fees payable to the Registrar to the Issue will be as per the Registrar’s memorandum of understanding dated
October 5, 2005, a copy of which is available for inspection at our Head Office.
Adequate funds will be provided to the Registrar to the Issue to enable them to send refund orders or allotment advice
by registered post or speed post or under certificate of posting.
