Form the dough into a big ball. Wrap it in plastic 
and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Preheat the oven to 375°. Shape dough into small 
balls. Place them 3 inches apart on an ungreased 
cookie sheet. Use a fork to make a crisscross 
pattern on each cookie. Bake for 9 to 10 minutes. 
Watch to make sure that cookies do not burn. 
Cool cookies on a rack.
