September 11, 2001. A crazy time in New York City and an unbelievable show of teamwork by
my staff.
4. What advice do you have for those studying about or considering a career in front office or
hotel management?
Obtain work experience. When beginning your job search, decide first which company is the
best fit for you. Start with a company that has a comprehensive training program that will best fit
your needs. Be patient; success takes time, and don’t be afraid to work hard!
