Hello. Welcome to the next lesson. From this lesson, we will be 
talking about some great ideas which can help you be successful 
in your life. These ideas come from the world’s best coaches and 
successful people. So are you ready?
Then, let’s start.
I want to start with a question. Do you know how many times 
a person tries to do something before he gives up his dream?  
I mean, a person quits, stops his dream? If I tell you the truth you 
are going to be surprised. According to the countless researches, 
95 % of the people give up their dream even before trying the first 
time!
I am very happy that I am right now with the top 5 % of the 
people who try and persist till the end. The following lessons will 
prepare you to be even more successful. The first lesson, I want to 
talk about mistakes.
Mistakes are closest way to the great success. I am very 
delighted that I am sharing with you a great idea. All successful 
people know about this, they apply these ideas in their life. And 
till the end of this lesson, you will also know the great success 
recipe. I want you to know this and become a hyper successful.
So now imagine that you are playing a game. There are  
100 cards hidden. To uncover one card, you have to pay 1$. And 
you are absolutely aware of the fact that 99 of them don’t have 
any prizes. When you open one card, you will lose 1$. And you 
also know that you will win 1 million $ with the only one of the  
100 cards. I think you got the idea. Most people are afraid to lose 
and they stop. Because they don’t expect to fail. They always

expect to succeed. When they open 10 cards, they will not be able 
to  control  their  emotions.  They  will  be  petrified,  horrified  and 
terrified to follow through. They don’t understand one great idea: 
failure is a step for success. They only want to win without failing. 
Simply they can’t control their emotions. I personally want to say 
them “Good Luck to you”.
I think this is absurd, this is stupid to think that you can 
win always without failing. Because this is ridiculous. Ok, let’s 
continue. Most people cannot control their emotions. They 
don’t consciously understand that the more they fail, the more 
successful they become. The top people like you are always 
ready to try the 100th time even after failing 99 times. The real 
life and business life are also the same. However, the real life is 
much easier than this game. In the real life, mostly 5 out of ten 
businesses go bankrupt. But 5 grow. Whoever is successful and 
rich, happy right now, they all know this. So let me repeat one 
more time: you have to control your emotions. When you open a 
card, you must know that you are getting ahead and you have to 
get excited of every failure. Never quit and give up your dreams. 
Always think about what you want and how to get it.
Now, I want to tell you my favorite real life story.
When the great inventor Thomas Edison tried 5000 times,  
a young woman came and asked “You have already failed  
5000 times, yet why don’t you give up?” And then Tomas smiled 
and said calmly “I have not failed yet. I have just successfully 
found the 5000 ways that don’t work”. And you know, he tried 
11 000 times to reach his goal, inventing the lamp. Now Thomas 
Edison is known in the entire world. He changed the whole world. 
He got very rich.
“If you want to be two times successful, double your failure 
rate” Thomas J. Watson.
Now, I’ll try to explain it even simpler. I hear most people 
say “I don’t know what kind of business to do”. They constantly 
think and plan about the business that they want to set up some

speak english easily, fast and automatically
day. If a person continues to think about only planning, can he 
find the best business? Does anybody come and say that this idea 
is for you. Does anybody say I would rather you become rich?  
Of course, no. You have to try it for yourself. Even if somebody 
says this is a great business, that is just an idea. You will know 
whether this is true or not, only when you try and see it. Any 
stupid idea can become very successful when applied or any great 
idea may not give any results. So, there is likelihood for anything.
If you are at home doing nothing or working for a little money, 
wasting your time, you have very little likelihood of being rich. 
May be you have 1% or may be 2 % likelihood of achieving your 
being rich goal.
If you start your business and try very hard, or work for your 
company, if you get promoted, if you open a company where you 
can employ many people, that does not mean that you are going to 
be rich for 100% sure. It only raises the probability of achieving. 
I want you to understand nothing is 100% sure!
I want you to understand the fact that any trainings and seminars, 
all the books are to help the increase the likelihood. That means  
If you continue trying, the likelihood of your becoming successful 
will increase. So, don’t sit and don’t be afraid of mistakes.
When you make a mistake, learn the lesson from every 
mistake. And pursue your dreams, do whatever it takes to succeed.  
Do and try different things and achieve the results you want. 
In fact, what is happening right now? Each mistake teaches 
you a very valuable lesson. You will learn a lot when you make  
a mistake. For example, I treated my employees very well, I was 
too kind to every member of our staff. As a result, I didn’t see any 
results and I saw that they are not trying to do anything. They used 
to procrastinate one simple 30 minutes to the following 2 weeks. 
What is problem here? They procrastinate and don’t work very 
hard. What is the mistake here? I was too kind to my employees. 
they didn’t get the job done. Even some of them started being rude 
to me. What is the lesson here?

The lesson is I have to manage my employees, people wisely. 
And I need to learn it. Next time don’t be too kind. Next I tried to 
be very strict and lost my loyal colleagues.
Where is the problem?
Now there is nobody to serve the customer. What is the lesson 
here? I don’t have to be too rude and too polite.
For example, now I learnt a lot about working other people.  
I will not repeat the same mistakes while recruiting. In other 
words, mistakes taught me a lot. There is no greater lesson than  
I learnt from my mistakes and other people’s mistakes.
So don’t be afraid and petrified. If you don’t make a mistake, 
you can’t succeed. If you make a mistake, you will be stronger in 
the future. When you try something, 2 things happen. The first 
is success, the second is a great valuable lesson. But if you don’t 
try, neither happens. That’s means you have to start taking action. 
Take action now. You can take action tomorrow morning, at 4:00, 
at 4:01, 4:02.
Or in the morning, at 5:33, 5:49.
Take action. I know that you can achieve any dreams you set 
for yourself. And I am sure that we will meet one day.
While listening to the lessons, have a strong posture, think 
about your biggest goals. Smile, jump up and down, breathe 
deeply while listening. Listen to one lesson every day for  
a week or more. Listen to the lessons 1 or 2 hours a day more than  
20 times a week. If you are really serious about your success, 
listen to the lessons 30 times in a week.
