RESONANCE THERAPY” 
Key words: ischemic heart disease (IHD), post myocardial infarction cardio 
sclerosis (PICS), physical rehabilitation, magnetic resonance therapy, static and 
dynamic physical exercises 
Subject of the research: 120 patients with IHD PICS and 20 healthy 
volunteers without signs of cardiovascular disease. 
Purpose of the work: clinical significance of physical exercises and magnetic 
resonance in of complex rehabilitation of disability patient with IHD PICS and 
looking for criteria of effectiveness 
Methods of research: ECG, cycle test, 6-minute walking test for heart 
insufficiency, foot isometric test, Minnesota Life with Heart Failure Query 
(MLHFQ), psychology query Wellbeing-Activity-Mood (WAM), coagulation 
time, prothrombine index (PTI), heart failure functional scale. 
The results obtained and they novelty: was offered new method of physical 
rehabilitation including magnetic resonance therapy for patients with IHD PICS 
and determined mechanisms of complex acting of physical exercises and 
magnetic resonance on cardiovascular system of above mentioned patients. 
Results obtained in our study show the most effect of complex rehabilitation 
including medicines, physical exercises and magnetic resonance therapy. It is 
conformed by maximal increasing of physical work capability, better 
hemodynamics reaction on physical exercises, most increased quality of life and 
psychophysiology status and social aspect. Rehabilitation by medicines only 
was the least effective.
Practical value: results obtained in our study allow to optimizing treatment of 
disability patients with IHD PICS, increase their physical ability, psychological 
status and quality of life. 
Degree of embed and economical effectivity: The results of our study were pit 
in practice usage at therapeutic department of National Centre of Rehabilitation 
and Prosthesis of Disabilities and Medical and Work Expert Committee of 
Tashkent and Tashkent region. 
Field of application: medical rehabilitation and cardiac rehabilitation 
departments.
