Thus, it was found that the pathogenic properties of pathogens of piroplasmosis -P.bigeminum
isolated from different regions of the valleyZerafshan are expressed in the same way.
The study of the morphological properties of piroplasmosis pathogens showed that the
morphological properties of P.bigeminumpiroplasmosis pathogens isolated from different
regions of the Zeravshan Valley are practically the same, i.e. pear-shaped 39-40%, amoeba-

Thus, as a result of comparative studies of the morphological parameters of P.bigeminum
isolated from the regions in the upper reaches, middle strips and in the lower reaches of the
Zerafshan valley, we came to the conclusion that the morphological parameters of the isolated
pathogens of piroplasmosis practically do not differ from each other.
DISCUSSIONS
1. As a result of studying the epizootological situation of piroplasmosis, it was found that in all,
from 7 to 11% is common. regions of the Zerafshan valley piroplasmosis
2. It has been established that the first peak in the incidence of piroplasmosis occurs in May, and
the second in July.
3. Pathogenic properties of P.bigeminum piroplasmosis pathogens isolated from different
regions of the Zerafshan valley are similar.
4. As a result of comparative studies of the morphological parameters of P.bigeminum isolated
from the regions in the upper reaches, middle strips and in the lower reaches of the Zarafshan
Valley do not differ from each other.
