agreement  between  the  Principal  and  Agent.  However,  there  are  restrictions 
imposed by both UK and EU law: 
Price Fixing Agreements: 
Price  fixing  is almost always  inexcusable. 
Minimum  selling prices

regarded as 
„price fixing‟.  
However, Maximum ‗Recommended‘ Selling Prices

they do not affect competition. 
Advantages:
