The main objective of the Master’s Dissertation
:   
to survey the process 
of teaching drawing to the children with hearing defect and to recommend new 
methods. 
Consistent with this objective
 the following tasks
 have been put:

the analysis of basic psychological and pedagogical references  on 
this topic;

to study and analyze real conditions and the problems of teaching 
drawing to the children with hearing defect; 
-
 
to  create  new  principles  of  increasing  effectiveness  of  teaching 
drawing  to  the  children  with  hearing  defect  and  make  some 
methodological recommendations ;
