Use the ready-to-enter fields to specify the new note:

Instruction: Enter the supplier note.

Instruction Type: Select Supplier Notes from the dropdown list.

Requisitioner  Instruction:  Select  this  check  box  to  state  it  is  a  Requisitioner 

instruction.

If you wish to clear the fields and start again, click the Cancel button. If you wish to save 

the note, click the Submit button. 

 

Edit an Existing Note: 

Existing notes are displayed in the Supplier Notes Table, and are ready for editing: 



 

Terms: The supplier note. 



 

OK: An icon shown against each line that when clicked saves the changes you make in the 

note. 



 

Requisitioner Instruction: You can select or deselect the check box accordingly. 

 

Providing the OK icon is selected against each edited line, there is nothing more to do on this list, 

and the editing task is complete.
