Annotation. 
 
In this dissertation the problem of using crown category of electric 
ionizators in technological process of keeping fruits is solved. For electric 
ionizator power resource has been elaborated. Studing Coonstructive and regime 
testimonies of installation, its optimal value was defined. 
 
During the process of keeping fruits exchanging substances go on. It 
consumes oxygen (negative ion) and produces out corbonate anhydride (positive 
ion). In the process of exchanging substances it losts water and provisions. 
 
If the weather is ionized with unipolar ions in enough concentration, the 
weather ions will make fruit layer in the outer surface of fruit and block the 
process of exchanging substances. Products are saved freshly for a long time. 
For producing ionizator unipolar ions it is supplied with regular power resource. 
The weather ions resolve illness spreading out microorganisms in the surface of 
fruit. For working ionizator productively needle electrodes are taken. At their 
angle the crookedness radius is smaller than wires, ionization begins rather than 
slower voltage and begins stronger process of ionization. 
 
Installation supplies steady ionization routine at the voltage of 6-8 kV, 
because of its category distance is small. Power resource keeps ionizators’ 
routine of minimum ozone value in the weather. This category protects from 
transfering spark-impulse routine. Otherwise, the value of ozone will become 
fewer and being saved products will smell because of polishing periodically and 
they are considered out of use. Installation works constantly only in the crown 
category. Safety of electricity and the rate of economic productivity are also 
mentioned in the dissertation. Annual result is 500 sum/kg. Expense of 
installation is go rid of within 2 years.
