Introduction.  In  the  historical  development  of  mankind,  social  justice  has 
played  an  important  role  in  improving  the  spiritual-moral,  administrative-legal 
mechanisms  that  organize,  manage  and  control  socio-political  relations.  For  this 
reason, the laws that are the regulatory basis for the development of social justice, the 
activities of socio-political institutions had a specific meaning.
