Section 450 
Any person who witnesses the immediate mortal danger of another person and who fails to render or 
procure such aid and assistance as he is capable of rendering or procuring where there is no 
reasonable expectation of danger to himself or others, shall be liable to a term of detention not 
exceeding three months or a fine of the second category.
