Section 98
1. Any person who intentionally provides or makes available any information classified in the interest
of the State or of its allies, any object from which such information may be derived, or any such
data, to a person or a body not authorised to receive such, if he knows or should reasonably
suspect such information, object or data to be of such nature, shall be liable to a term of
imprisonment not exceeding six years or a fine of the fifth category.
2. Any person who intentionally provides or makes available any information emanating from a
prohibited place and relevant to the security of the State or of its allies, any object from which such
information may be derived, or any such data, to a person or a body not authorised to receive such
information, if he knows or should reasonably suspect the information, object or data to be of such
nature, shall be liable to the same punishment.
