INTRODUCTION (annotation of the PhD thesis) 
 
The aim of the research is to develop recommendations for the 
regulation of sphere terms through the study of the history of formation and 
development of the Uzbek language office-work terminology, sources of 
formation, language and method of documents. 
The object of the research was selected terminological dictionaries and 
practical manuals "Office-work of the Uzbek language", "Office-work" and 
five-volume "Explanatory Dictionary of the Uzbek language", "National 
Encyclopedia of Uzbekistan", created in Uzbekistan for almost 90 years and 
directly or indirectly related to office-work.
Scientific novelty of the research work is as follows: 
the history of the formation of the language and vocabulary of office 
documents is studied and covered on the basis of sources;
internal and external sources of formation and enrichment of sphere’s 
terminology are determined on the basis of reliable facts; 
methods of formation of office-work terms were defined and structural 
analysis of terms was carried out; 
the textual, methodological and syntactic features of office documents are 
studied and widely used syntactic constructions are defined; 
The importance of the Law “On the State Language” in the reorganization 
of procedural terminology is demonstrated on the basis of evidence; 
the phenomena of synonymy, duplication, variability, which are lacking 
in office-work terminology, are studied and recommendations on their 
elimination are developed.
