4.   Portfolio management contract 

Article 56 

 

Portfolio management contract which the investment company concludes with the client, in particular, consists of:  

1) authorization from the client that the investment company may: manage, buy and sell financial instruments without his 

consent, on his behalf,  charge commissions and fees for providing portfolio   management services; 

 

2) the amount of funds, that is the type and amount of financial instruments which the client shall make available to the 

Company;  

3) a description of the investment policies which the investment company shall implement, comprises of:  

type of financial instruments which will be bought from the client funds and the characteristics of the issuer  

of those instruments, the maximum allowable amount of investment in the financial instruments of a single issuer and its 

affiliate entities, other circumstances important for determining the degree of investment risk;  

4) other restrictions to discretionary rights given to the investment company;

5) the amount of fees and commissions, and the basis for the calculation and payment of the same;  

6) the client's right to terminate the contract, at any time, provided that the remaining obligations of the client and 

investment company have been fulfilled.  

 

The management company that provides the clients with portfolio management services cannot invest  

assets of the client in investment units, or shares, of investment funds which it manages.
