ABSTRACT 
The title of the bachelor’s thesis is «Methods of movements teaching
in the course of geometry of the secondary school». 
The author scrutinises about the movements of the subspace. In particular 
axial symmetry, central symmetry, parallel shift and rabattement are considered. 
The aim of the work is to elucidate methodical specifics of teaching students 
to the subject "Movements" in the course of geometry of the secondary school and 
to show the use of movements of the subspace when solving planimetric problems. 
The object of the bachelor’s thesis is the process of geometry teaching in the 
course of the secondary school. 
The subject of the bachelor’s thesis is the methods of teaching students the 
"Movements" subject in the course of geometry in secondary school. 
The bachelor’s thesis contains two chapters. 
In the first chapter the theory is considered. It shows how each of the move-
ments is defined. We also examine and prove the characteristics of each of the 
movements. 
The second chapter is methodological. In this chapter we give full coverage 
to methods of axial symmetry teaching, central symmetry teaching, parallel shift 
teaching and rabattement teaching. We show how to introduce each movement. Il-
lustrates how to enter each movement. The problems and tasks which should be 
acquired by students at the initial stage of learning are given.
It can be concluded that the concept of motion is important, since, having it 
as an essential component, we can introduce the general concept of equality of 
geometric figures. This, in turn, it is necessary to justify the rules for constructing 
figures with given сharacteristics, or more precisely, for the «research» stage in 
construction problems.
