Qualtrics also includes options to collect open-question responses. These

responses can be grouped together in different groups known as ‘Topics’

which can be useful for more qualitative-style analysis. All data collected

can be analysed individually, together against all the responses or filtered

to give an interesting range of options. Along with this, Qualtrics has

now further improved the data analysis options for cross-tabulation to

compare various data to create improved analysis without exporting the

data. All data are available to be exported, however, in various formats

including Excel and SPSS file formats which have been the most

commonly used.
