Questionnaire design

The various question types are readily available within Qualtrics and a

very thorough library of readymade resources is available to choose from.

Questions can be easily copied and moved within a survey during

development, and formatting options for editing text styles are also

available. Adding pictures from your personal user library is easily

achieved under the ‘Look and Feel’ menu and there are a number of

additional options for customisation.

Any new questions created within Qualtrics are given an automatic

question number, however I would recommend utilising the progress bar

option rather than using question numbers for online surveys generally.

Numbered questions can be confusing within an online survey,

particularly when branching or survey flow control is being made use of.
