Secondary Data
Our second source of information was secondary data. According to Shukla (2008, pp.
30) secondary data is defined as “collection of data that already exists”. In order to
develop conceptual framework and methodology chapters, authors have utilized various
sources of information such as; articles, books, journals, online databases and MDH
library like Elin@Malardalen, Emerald, IEEE Xplore and Compendex etc. The keywords
used in finding appropriate literature were information security, information security
risks, operational risks, operational risk management, operational risks in financial
organizations etc.
