important the developer is not restricted by the technical limitations of the language 

notation in use. During analysis and design, this may limit the possibilities for 

understanding the application domain. It is necessary that the developer makes use of a 

conceptual framework that is richer than the current languages. This may also make it 

easier for the developer to put up requirements for new languages.
