Do you think everyone will end up celebrating the same things eventually? 

I think th a t celebrations like  Christm as could be celebrated by every­

one eventually,  as they are very dom inant in popular culture. A  lot of 

people  already celebrate  Christm as even  if they have no religious be­

liefs,  and  som e people will  celebrate  Christm as even though they are 

p a rt  o f a  different  religion  because  they  d o n ’t  w ant  to  feel  left  out. 

However, I d o n ’t think that big celebrations like Christmas will replace 

o th er celebrations - 1 think th at m ore and m ore people will celebrate 

it as well as their own traditional celebrations.
