Zoe:  My  English  sucks.  I  really  want  to  improve.  Your  English  is  really

good, Irene. How did you get so good?

Irene:  It’s  just  practice.  That’s  it.  Go  on  trying  and  trying  and  gradually

you’ll improve.

Zoe: Good advice. I suppose I’m just impatient.

Irene: Languages really take a long time to learn. It’s one of the hardest

things I’ve ever done.

Zoe: Patience! And practice!
