Dynamics of immune complexes in blooD serum of patients atopic Dermatitis plasmapheresis anD hyperbaric oxygenation ANd Om — 85bV PAKIRDINOV A.B., KHAMIDOV F.SH., TOSHPUlATOV B.CH. Andijan State Medical institute. Andijan, Uzbekistan The aim of research work was to study changes
of dynamics of circulating immune complexes in the
serum of blood burring the process of treatment
by plasmapheresis and hyperbaric oxygenation at
patients with atopic dermatitis. Twenty six patients
with atopic dermatitis 19 males and 7 females from
22 till 60 years old wire examined.
During the treatment the observations were
carried out for changes of daily dynamics of
circulating
immune
complexes,
carrying
of
plasmapheresis and hyperbaric oxygenation and
Om — 85bV enable to reduce their concentration
twice to the end of the first procedure. Six — twelve
hours later after the procedure the containing of the
circulating immune complex is weakly increased
it is connected with going them out from tissues
of effectors. at the following observation they
determined further reduction of circulating immune
complexes by the end of the day, after the third
procedure its containing was one third of the starting
from.
Thus carrying out early therapy at the patients
with refracted to it can lead to the reduction of
circulating immune complexes which accompanied
by significant improvement of the basic skin process.
