ANNOTATION
of dissertation on the theme «Assessment of the physical development of students
in urban schools (on the example of the city of Karshi)»


Key words: physical development, somatometric indicators, physiometric indicators, growth, development, norm indicators.
Subjects of research: Students of secondary schools 29 and 34 in Karshi, Kashkadarya region.
Purpose of work: study and physiological analysis of the level of physical development of schoolchildren living in urban areas, based on somatometric and physiometric indicators.
Methods of research: methods for determining height, body weight, Ketle index, Pinier index, Erisman index, Gench and Stange test, life index, Ruffe test, Quatz endurance coefficient.
The results obtained and their novelty: The physical development of schoolchildren in the city of Karshi, Kashkadarya region, was studied on the basis of somatometric and physiometric indicators. Based on the results obtained, the level of growth and development of the subjects was described.
Practical value: The results of the study will enrich the available scientific resource on physical development and health for researchers in the field of physiology and hygiene of young people, as well as hygiene and medicine, as well as students of higher educational institutions. The information presented in the dissertation is also important in the analysis of the level of growth and development of students, the formation of healthy lifestyle skills among young people and the preparation of manuals for the practice of law in this regard.
Degree of embed and efficiency: The conclusions and recommendations developed in the course of the study will help to increase the level of physical development of students in the school environment and solve health promotion issues. Based on the results obtained and their analysis, a methodological manual was prepared and recommended for use in schools.
