A CALCULATOR
This calculator consists of a plastic case electronic circuits, a display and twenty keys. The plastic case contains batteries. The keys include the digit keys one decimal point key and so on. The keys are arranged in five columns and five rows. The middle row comprises three digits and the multiplication sign. The number in the display contains eight digits.
The Present Indefinite (simple) Tense
We form the present simple with the subject (i.e. the subject pronoun or noun) and the main verb. We usually add an -s to the third person singular in the affirmative. (Most verbs take -s in the third person singular. Verbs ending in -ss, -sh, -ch, -x and -o take-es. I miss - he misses, I finish - he finishes, I watch -he watches, I mix - he mixes, I go-he goes)
In the interrogative and negative forms we use the auxiliary verb do don't with
I, you, we and
they and does doesn’t with he,
she and it. We do not add an -s to the main verb when it appears with does/doesn’t.
