INTRODUCTION (abstract of the thesis of the (PhD) 
 
The aim
of the research
work
is to develop scientific and practical 
recommendations and proposals on improvement the financial sustainability of 
communication enterprises. 
Research objectives are as following: 
study of theoretical basis and general characteristics of financial relations in 
communication enterprises; 
study of the regulatory and legal framework for the organization and 
management of the finances in communication enterprises; 
Examining the need to determine the financial sustainability of 
communication enterprises, its nature and objectives; 
analysis of the current state of financial sustainability of communication 
enterprises; 
analysis of attracted investments, taking into account the goals of improving 
the financial sustainability of communication enterprises; 
identification of promising directions for improving financial stability of 
communication companies. 
The research object 
is communication enterprises, in particular the financial 
activity of JC Uzbektelecom. 
The scientific novelty of
the research is as follows
: 
on the basis of the implementation of the corporate tax service, it is justified 
to increase the financial stability of the enterprise and the organization of internal 
tax monitoring; 
in order to increase the number of buyers, it is proposed to implementation a 
mechanism for complying with payment discipline in financial planning; 
based on the implementation of a performance-based budgeting system, it is 
justified to increase the financial sustainability of the enterprise; 
the concept of profit maximization based on selection of effective means and 
optimal structure of financial management of financial strategy of communication 
enterprises has been developed.
