ABSTRACT 

It became obvious that the prospect of effective international cooperation, which 

is  important  in  ensuring  information  security  at  the  international  level,  depends  on 

the local legislations, principles, and interpretation of concepts related to the sphere. 

In  this  regard,  it  is  important  to  give  conclusions  and  suggestions  on  the  issues  of 

international  cooperation  in  the  field  initially  based  on  the  analysis  of  local 

legislation.  This  article  reviews  and  analyzes  legislation  on  the  provision  of 

information  security  and  prosecution  of  criminal  cases  in  the  field  of  information
