security  of  several  states.  Scientific  methods  such  as  comparative-legal  and 

comparison were used for the analysis. The analysis shows that there is a systematic 

approach  to  the  legislative  protection  of  information  security  only  under  Polish 

criminal  law.  In  many  states  the  issues  of  criminal  liability  for  actions  against 

Information Security are in certain parts of the Criminal Code.
