In accordance with the requirements of part one of Article 204 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to establish the amount of material damage caused and the reasons for its occurrence,

I ORDER:

1. 
   Create a commission to conduct an official investigation on the attempt to steal diesel by an employee of the transport department. To approve a commission consisting of:

Gafurov A.A. - Manager of the Internal Audit Department

Commission members:

1. Mamarasulov D.A. - specialist of the internal audit department

2. Yuldasheva M.M. - specialist of the internal audit department

2. 
   Carry out an inventarisation of the remaining Diesel fuel as of 03.11. Find out the amount of damage caused to the company.
   
3. 
   Conduct a conversation with employees of the transport department to find out the people involved in this incident.
   
4. 
   Temporarily suspend from the main job of the persons involved in this theft.
   
5. 
   The chiefs of all divisions shall provide firm assistance to the commission in carrying out an official investigation.
   
6. 
   After the end of the investigation, prepare the Act on the results.
   
7. 
   I keep control over the execution of the order.

In accordance with the requirements of part one of Article 204 of the Labor Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan in order to establish the amount of material damage caused and the reasons for its occurrence,

   Create a commission to conduct an official investigation on determining the causes of
   

copper coil waste shortages in Fegana factory and determine the amount of material damage:

   Carry out an investigation of determining the causes of copper coil waste difference between reports and real quantity which was identified on 01.12.2020 during inventarisation and determine the amount of material damage.
   
3. 
   The chiefs of all divisions shall provide firm assistance to the commission in carrying out an official investigation.
   
4. 
   After the end of the investigation, prepare the Act on the results.
   
5. 
   I keep control over the execution of the order.
