UNOFFICIAL TRANSLATION
The Institute carries out educational activities in Uzbek, Russian and English according to
the curriculum and programs of the Yeoju Technical Institute (South Korea), taking into account
the requirements of the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on education;
Graduates of the Institute are awarded with a diploma of the established standard, which
is recognized as a document of Higher Education in
the Republic of Uzbekistan;
Admission to the Institute is carried out by the Yeoju Institute of Technology (with the
participation of the Republic of Korea) among applicants with general secondary, special and
vocational education.
The parameters
and procedure for admission, procedure and conditions for the final
certification of graduates are determined by the Institute in conjunction with the Yeoju Institute
of Technology (South Korea);
Studying at the Institute is carried out on a paid,
day time, part-time and evening basis.
The amount of tuition fees is determined by the organization.

The proposal on admission to the institute on grant basis of at least 10, most gifted
and perspective applicants with high academic records from families which need social
protection is to be approved.

It is to be noted that the Institute carries out the major maintenance and
refurbishment of the building and premises, study rooms, labs, furniture, computers, educational
literature, financial-technical facilities by means of the following sources:

Institute's funds;
-
funds allocated from students who
study on contract basis;
-
the funds allocated from services provided by agreement;
-
funds allocated from charity foundations;
-
international financial organizations, international partners funds;
-
from other sources not prevented by law.

The Institute will be able to provide new undergraduate education and a Master’s
degree in accordance with the requirements of the labor market and
the prospects for socio-
economic development, in coordination with the State Inspection for Education Quality Control
under the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Ministry of Higher and
Secondary Special Education, and the Yeoju Institute of Technology.
6.
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the
Republic of Uzbekistan shall, in accordance
with the order of the Ministry of Higher and Secondary Special Education and the Institute,
ensure the registration of entry visas for foreign faculty and administrative staff and their family
members involved in the implementation of this decision.
7.
Issuance and prolongation of multiple visas in accordance
with the established
procedure, without any state fees for the faculty and administrative staff and members of their
families, involved in the implementation of this decision, at the request of the Ministry of Higher
and Secondary Special Education and the Institute; as well as the temporary registration of their
place of residence and the extension of said registration.

Republic of Uzbekistan on social development A. A. Abdukhakimov, Minister of Higher and
Secondary Special Education of the Republic of Uzbekistan I. A. Majidov and Head of the state
Inspection for Educational Quality at the Cabinet of Ministers U. Tashkenbayev.
